Return Process
Within a span of 14 days, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without any obligation to provide a reason. Goods being returned should be in their original condition, including attached tags. Products showing signs of use cannot be accepted for return.
Return Form
To return the product(s) from your order, complete the form and attach it to the shipment or send it to the e-mail address hello@theamdra.com. We send the invoice for your order automatically after purchase and it is not necessary to print the sales document and send it back with your return.

Costs
All costs associated with returns and exchanges are covered by the customer.
Refund
Once we've received and processed your return, your refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please note, for security reasons, we are unable to provide refunds to a different payment method or credit card.
